Refund Policy

Busibay believes in helping its customers as far as possible and has therefore adopted a liberal cancellation policy. Under this policy:

  • Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made within 7 days of placing the order. However, if the order has been communicated to vendors and the shipping process initiated, cancellation may not be entertained.
  • Busibay does not accept cancellation requests for perishable items like flowers, eatables, etc. However, a refund or replacement may be issued if the customer proves the product quality is unsatisfactory.
  • If you receive a damaged or defective item, please report the issue to our Customer Service within 7 days of delivery. The request will be processed after verification.
  • If the received product does not match the site description or fails to meet expectations, inform Customer Service within 7 days. The team will review and take an appropriate decision.
  • For products with a manufacturer warranty, please refer any warranty-related concerns directly to the manufacturer.
  • If a refund is approved, it will take 6-8 business days for processing and crediting the amount to the customer.
