Browser Issues

  • Ensure you're using the latest version of Chrome, Firefox, Edge, or Safari.
  • Clear your browser cache and cookies:
    Settings → Privacy → Clear Browsing Data → Cached Images & Cookies
  • Disable browser extensions (especially ad blockers) and retry.
  • Try opening Cordito in Incognito/Private mode to rule out conflicts.

Login & Session Issues

  • Double-check your email/password or use “Forgot Password” to reset.
  • Make sure cookies and local storage are enabled in your browser settings.
  • Clear site-specific data:
    Chrome: Settings → Privacy → Cookies → See All Cookies → Search 'cordito'
  • If you're using a VPN or firewall, try disabling it temporarily.

Device Compatibility

  • Cordito works best on desktop/laptop browsers. Mobile browsers may have limited features.
  • Avoid using embedded browsers inside apps like Instagram or LinkedIn.
  • Check your device's time and timezone settings — incorrect clocks can break authentication flows.
